个人及工作简历

王晓敏,山东临沂人。管理学博士、哈佛大学联合培养博士、公共卫生与预防医学博士后、哈佛大学访问学者。2023年8月入职杭州师范大学公共卫生学院，就职于卫生管理与政策系任副教授，入选杭州师范大学高层次人才引进计划五类人才。

2018年获浙江大学社会医学与卫生事业管理专业博士学位，获CSC资助赴哈佛大学公共卫生学院访学3年，曾任职浙江大学医学院博士后，于2021年通过浙大竞争性选拔晋升专职研究副研究员技术职称。长期从事社会科学与传染病防控研究，突发公共卫生事件风险管理相关研究成果接受《Nature》杂志采访、受邀在世界流感大会作报告；遏制细菌耐药促进抗菌药物合理使用相关研究成果被世界卫生组织采纳。担任浙江省防痨协会结核病控制专业委员会委员、浙江省药学会微生物耐药与控制专业委员会委员，担任Bulletin of the World Health Organization, Preventive Medicine, Antimicrobial Resistance & Infection Control, BMC Health Services Research, BMC Infectious Disease等杂志审稿人。多篇智库报告获民盟中央、浙江省委等批示采纳，另有智库内容收录在浙江大学中国科教战略研究院《启真视界之生命健康》。

教学及人才培养

讲授本科生课程《组织行为学》、研究生课程《社会医学与卫生事业管理前沿》。
